ORDER : The Court made the following order : Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

2. The petitioners, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 8(c), 20(b)(ii)(C),25 and 29(1) of NDPS Act, in Crime No. 2361 of 2020, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners are falsely implicated in this case and they were no way connected with the offence.

4.The learned Government Counsel (Crl.side) submits that the petitioners earlier filed petitions seeking Anticipatory Bail suffered dismissal and there is no change in circumstances. 5.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
