The present petition is filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to give adequate police protection to the petitioner and her family members.

2.Mr.R.Erottuchamy, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, would submit that the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 12.04.2019 was registered in C.S.R.No.183 of 2019 and both parties were advised to approach a competent Civil Court to resolve their dispute.
