2. According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the petitioner is not complying the conditions imposed by this Court regularly. Further, though the allegation made against the petitioner is under Sections 392, 397 and 506(ii) of IPC only, five previous cases are pending against the petitioner and investigation is not yet completed.

3. Considering the facts and circumstance of this case and also considering the previous antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition imposed by this Court.
