ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 13.11.2017.

2.Heard Mr.K.Gokul, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.Prabhu Ramachandran learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent has submitted that after receipt of the complaint preliminary enquiry has been conducted and the case has been registered in Crime No.42 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 506(i) IPC.

4.Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
