ORDER
The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure seeking for a direction to the respondents police to provide police protection to the petitioner so as to enable him to fence his property.
2.Mr.R.Erottusamy, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, would submit that the representation submitted by the petitioner was registered as CSR.No.38 of 2021 and posted for enquiry.
3.In the circumstances, the third respondent is directed to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
Crl.O.P.(MD)No.1559 of 2021 dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner based on findings and on merits within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order/uploading of the order, after giving sufficient opportunities to the respondents 4 & 5 and the petitioner.
4.With the above observations, the Criminal Original Petition is dispose of.
