This petition is filed to direct the second respondent to register the case on the complaint of the petitioner dated 24.07.2014.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that there is no complaint pending as alleged by the petitioner. 3.In view of the above, the prayer sought in this petition cannot be entertained. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed.
