to expedite the enquiry proceedings and stipulated time may be fixed by this Hon`ble Court to dispose the O.S.No.406 of 2015 pending on the file of the Subordinate Judge, Madurai, (Camp: Sub Court Tirumangalam) ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.G.GANESH KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.JOHN VINCENT, Advocate for R4 to R7 and R9 & R10 and Respondent 1,2,8 not appearing either in person or by an Advocate, the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.

2. There is a delay 247 days in representation of the above CRP (MD)No.SR37912 of 2016.

3. The petitioners have satisfactorily explained the reasons for the delay in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. However, since the delay is on higher side, the delay is condoned and the petition is ordered on condition that the petitioners shall pay a sum of Rs.1,000/-(Rupees One Thousand Only) as costs to the respondents, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, this petition shall automatically be dismissed without further reference to this Court.

4. On making such payment, the Registry is directed to number the Civil Revision Petition, if it is otherwise in order and list the matter for admission on 11.10.2017.
