This Criminal Original petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner based on the complaint given by her husband namely Senthil. 2.Heard, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the State.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has already filed a divorce petition before the Sub Court, Theni and the same is pending and that being so, now, the husband of the petitioner gave a false complaint before the second respondent stating that the petitioner has taken a cash of Rs.1,00,000/- and some jewels and based on the said complaint, the second respondent is harassing the petitioner. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that no complaint has been received against the petitioner and hence question of harassment does not arise.
