This Civil Revision Petition is filed to dispose of the petition in H.M.O.P.No.293 of 2022 on the file of learned Subordinate Court, Kovilpatti, at an early date within the time frame fixed by this Court. 1/4

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that even after lapse of one year, the respondent has not filed any counter. So she was set ex parte. Later filed an application to set aside the ex parte order without enclosing the counter.

3. In view of the submissions, there shall be a direction to the learned Subordinate Judge, Kovilpatti, to expedite the enquiry process and complete the same without adjourning the matter even for filing the counter affidavit, as expeditiously as possible.

4. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
