O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry.

2.Heard Mr.A.Kannan, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.Prabu Ramachandran, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner belongs to Devendra kula Velallar community and the petitioner loved one Karpagam, who is the daughter of one Iyyappan and the said Iyyapppan belongs to pillaimar community. He further submitted that the said Karpagam left her parents and family and came to the petitioner's home. Hence, the said Iyyappan gave a complaint before the second respondent and based on the said complaint the second respondent is harassing the petitioner.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has submitted that no complaint has been received against the petitioner and hence the question of harassment of the petitioner does not arise. 5.Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
