ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM, J] This writ petition has been filed praying for a direction upon the respondents 1 to 4 to remove the encroachments made by the fifth respondent.

2.It appears that the sixth respondent is the competent authority to consider the representation who has taken action on the representation and notice has been issued to the fifth respondent and he has also submitted his objections.

3.Let an enquiry be conducted by the sixth respondent after notice to the fifth respondent and action be taken in accordance with law. This direction be complied with within a period of six [6] weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
