2. The petitioner alleges that the respondents are harassing him in the name of enquiry.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) submitted that the petitioner is a history sheeted rowdy.

4. Be that as it may, the respondents have to necessarily deal with him only in the manner known to law.
