COMMON PRAYER: These Criminal Original Petitions have been filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to issue a direction to the first respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime Nos.39, 214, 227, 262 248, 263, 274, 275, 276 of 2013 respectively on the file of the fifth respondent to second respondent and consequently, directing the second respondent to entrust the investigation to the competent investigation officer not below the rank of Deputy Superintendent of Police and investigate the case in accordance with law.
For Petitioner : Mr.V.Nagendran For Respondents: Mr.A.P.G.Ohm Chairma Prabhu Government Advocate (Crl.side) COMMON ORDER These petitions are filed to transfer the investigation in Crime Nos.39, 214, 227, 262 248, 263, 274, 275, 276 of 2013 on the file of the fifth respondent.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the investigation in Crime Nos.39, 214, 227, 262 248, 263, 274, 275, 276 of 2013 on the fie of the fifth respondent has been completed and charge sheet has also been filed before the concerned Court. Hence, the prayer sought by the petitioner has become infructuous.
3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), these petitions are dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also dismissed.
