ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C seeking a direction to the second respondent to register the FIR against the accused persons based on the petitioner's complaint dated 27.07.2015 within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Court.+ 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the State.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has sent complaint only through post.

4. The petitioner is directed to appear before the second respondent police on 11.08.2015 along with the copy of the complaint. Thereafter, the second respondent police is directed to conduct an enquiry on the said complaint and complete the enquiry within a period of four weeks.
