ORDER

Mr.C.Satheesh, learned Government Advocate takes notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4.

2. Considering the limited relief sought for in the writ petition, with the consent of the parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

3. The petitioner seeks issuance of a writ of mandamus to direct the respondents to restore the patta to its original position and after conducting enquiry based on the petitioner's representation dated 06.01.2025.

When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 would invite my attention to the notice dated 06.02.2025, wherein the Sub Collector has fixed the date of enquiry as 13.02.2025. He further submits that the learned counsel for the petitioner is also informed to the proposed date of enquiry.

5. It is made clear that the petitioner can participate in the said enquiry and produce all relevant records in support of his claim. The said enquiry proceedings shall be completed within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of enquiry i.e., on 13.02.2025.

6. With the above observations and directions, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
