ORDER:- This Criminal Original Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dt.04.04.2021 and the requisition letter submitted by the Assistant Sessions Judge, Padmanabhapuram, in D.No.22/2022 dated 05.01.2022 and this Court made the following order:-The learned Assistant Sessions Judge, Padmanabhapuram has sent a letter requesting extension of a further time to dispose of the case in S.C.No.231 of 2004, pursuant to the order of this Court dated 09.04.2021.
