This petition is filed praying to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner without following due process of law. 2.Head the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side)appearing for the respondents.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instruction submitted that petition enquiry is pending.
4. In view of the same, this petition is disposed with a direction to the respondent No.2 to complete the enquiry within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. In the meanwhile, the respondents shall not harass the petitioner.
