This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the third respondent, dated 22.12.2020, and consequently, direct the third respondent to register and release the sale deed presented by the petitioner in respect of Plot No.988.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that pending the Writ Petition, the document was registered.
