This Criminal Original petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file final report in Crime no.24 of 2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Criminal side) appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, the respondent herein has registered the case on 14.03.2016 in Crime No.24 of 2016 for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 342, 323, 304 and 506(ii) of I.P.C. But, thereafter no steps have been taken for filing final report.

4. The learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) has submitted that after investigation, charge sheet has been filed on 17.04.2016 itself, before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruppathur. But, so far the case was not taken on file. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. Recording the aforesaid submissions, this petition is disposed of. The learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruppathur, is directed to verify if already charge sheet has been filed and then he has to take the case on file without further delay.
