The instant writ petition has been filed by a Secondary Grade Teacher, challenging his order of suspension dated 31.10.2022, passed by the first respondent herein.

2. It is brought to the notice of the Court that the order of suspension has been revoked and the petitioner was reinstated in service on 24.01.2024.
