O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry.

2.Heard Mr.J.William Christopher, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.Prabu Ramachandran, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first and second respondents. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioners 2 and 3 are the sons of the first petitioner and the first petitioner is a tenant under the third respondent. He further submitted that since the third respondent tried to vacate the petitioners from the rented premises, they have filed a suit on the file of the learned District Munsif, Melur on 05.02.2018, but sofar, the same was not taken on file. He further submitted that the third respondent gave a false complaint against the petitioners with a view to evict them forcibly and based on the said complaint, the second respondent is harassing the petitioners. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has submitted that the third respondent has not given any complaint against the petitioners, but on the contrary it is only the first petitioner gave a complaint against the third respondent on 12.02.2018 and the same is pending for enquiry. He further submitted that the petitioners were not subjected to any harassment. 5.Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
