Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 11.04.2015, by constituting a high level enquiry committee to enquire in to the malpractices and favouritism in the recruitment process of various teaching post held during the year 2008 and 2009. within a reasonable time as fixed by this Court.

ORDER
The present Review Application has been filed to review the order passed in W.P.(MD).No.17458 of 2015 dated 12.02.2019.
2. Review petitioners are the respondents and the respondent herein is the writ petitioner.

It is the case of the respondent /writ petitioner that he was one of the affected applicants, in which, various irregularities and malpractices were carried out in the teaching faculty recruitment held during the year 2008. In this regard, the respondent/writ petitioner submitted a representation dated 18.03.2014. However, no action has been taken by the respondents and hence, the respondent/writ petitioner has constrained to file W.P. (MD).Nos.4048 of 2014 and 10774 of 2014, which are still pending before this Court. Meanwhile, the respondent/writ petitioner received communication, vide letter dated 08.01.2015, stating that his representations will be placed before the committee and the outcome of the said committee will be intimated to him. Thereafter, the respondent/writ petitioner sent a representation dated 11.04.2015 to the first and second review petitioners/respondents for constitution of high level committee. Since, his representation has not been considered, the respondent/writ petitioner has filed W.P.(MD).No.17458 of 2015 before this Court.
4. This Court, by order dated 12.02.2019 in W.P(MD).No.17458 of 2015, passed the following order:
"4.Today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that he confines his prayer to the extent of consideration of his representation, dated 11.04.2015, within the time fixed by this Court.
5. In such view of the matter, the respondents are directed to pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner, dated 11.04.2015 on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. Such an exercise shall be completed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."
5. Aggrieved over the same, the present review application has been filed.
6. Heard the learned Counsel for the parties and perused the materials available on record, more particularly, the order sought to be reviewed herein.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.R.Shanmuganathan, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the review petitioners, on instructions, would submit that in compliance of the order dated 12.02.2019, an enquiry committee had been formulated and after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the respondent/writ petitioner, enquiry report has also been submitted by the review petitioners/respondents.
8. In view of the subsequent proceedings as well as the opportunity granted to the respondent/writ petitioner, this review 2/3
application stands closed.
No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
