ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C seeking a direction to the respondent herein to register an FIR on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 29.07.2015.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the State.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has sent complaint only through post.

4. The petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on 11.08.2015 along with the copy of the complaint. Thereafter, the respondent police is directed to conduct an enquiry on the said complaint and complete the enquiry within a period of four weeks.

5. With the above directions, this petition is disposed of. Sd/- Assistant Registrar(Writs) /TRUE COPY/ Sub Assistant Registrar To 1.The Sub Inspector of Police,Sellur Police Station,Madurai District. 2.The Additional Public Prosecutor, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai.
