ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as A1 to A9, apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections *Under Section 147, 294(b), 341, 506(i) of OPC and Section 4 of TM Prohibition of Harassment of womens Act., 2002 in Crime No.129 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and they have been falsely implicated in this case. He further submits that the first petitioner is aged about 65 years and the petitioners 6 to 9 are female members of the family.

3. It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

(Crl.side) that the injured person had already been discharged from the hospital. She further submits that it is a case of case and counter.

4. Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) and also considering the fact that the injured person had already been discharged from the hospital, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners, with certain conditions.

5. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of their arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aruppukkottai, and each of them executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioners 1 and 6 to 9 shall appear before the respondent police as and when required. The petitioners 2 to 5 shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required. The petitioners shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.

6. The petitioners shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed.
