ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed for Mandamus, directing the respondent to add half mark to the petitioner under sports quota in pursuance of the District Level Sports Certificate, based on the petitioner's representation dated 14.12.2021. 2.The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner has participated in District Level event in Throw Ball competition, but the respondent has not provided any mark for his Participation in the District Level event in Throw ball. Therefore, the petitioner was not selected in the recruitment of Grade-2 Police Constable for Men and Women in the year 2020.

W.P(MD)No.1076 of 2022 any right to claim half mark for his Participation in the District Level event in Throw Ball competition. When it is specifically mentioned in the notification about the events eligible for marks.
4. This Court perused the recruitment notification, wherein no mark was provided for the throw ball event. Therefore, the petitioner is not having any right to claim 1⁄2 mark for his participation in District Level event in Throw ball competition. Hence, this writ petition is dismissed. No Costs.
