This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner, to call for the records relating to the order dated 19.09.2013, made in Cr.R.P.No.35 of 2012 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Kanyakumari District at Nagercoil, confirming the order made in Cr.M.P.No.11628 of 2011 in M.C.No.16 of 2010 dated 23.02.2012 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Padmanabhapuram and set aside the same as illegal. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has made an endorsement that he is withdrawing the Criminal Original Petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
