O R D E R
This Criminal Original petition has been filed by the accused No.4 to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Madurai to dispose of C.C.No.88 of 2014 at early. 2.Heard both sides.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the above case is pending from the year 2014, but, sofar, 4 witnesses have been examined. Hence, he requests this Court to direct the concerned Judicial Magistrate to dispose of the case at early.
4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that totally, 10 witnesses have been cited and sofar, 4 witnesses have been examined and he requests to fix some reasonable time for disposing of the aforesaid case. 5.Considering the aforesaid submissions, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.3, Madurai is directed to dispose of the case in C.C.No.88 of 2014 within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The respondent is directed to produce the remaining witnesses without seeking unnecessary adjournment and if the witnesses are produced, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
accused persons should cross-examine them, without seeking adjournment.
6. With the aforesaid observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
