ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to take appropriate action on the basis of the representation dated 20.06.2024.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents police. Perused the materials available on record. 3.The contention of the petitioner is that due to property dispute, the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the respondents on 20.06.2024 to take action against the persons, who caused interference in the peaceful possession of the petitioner. However, the same was not considered. Hence, this petition has been filed. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint of the petitioner, enquiry will be conducted in the 2/5
presence of rival group.
5.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is ready to appear for enquiry and co-operate with the investigation.
6.In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to appear before the third respondent police on 31.01.2025 for enquiry along with necessary documents. The third respondent shall ensure the presence of the rival party and conduct enquiry. The enquiry shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of appearance of parties, in accordance with law.
