ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to register the gift deed presented by the petitioner, dated 01.12.2020 and to release the same after registration.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the first respondent submitted that the first respondent has passed an order, dated 12.01.2021, refusing to register the document. The learned Government Advocate, therefore, submitted that the petitioner has to necessarily workout his remedy against the order passed by the first respondent by filing an appeal before the District Registrar. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not been served with the order till date. 3.Taking into consideration the fact that the first respondent has already passed an order refusing to register the document, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to immediately serve the order passed on 12.01.2021 to the petitioner, within a period of one week from the date of receipt https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
