Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pursuant to the impugned rejection order passed by the 4th respondent in Na.Ka.No.4358/Aa3/2018 dated 12.10.2018 and quash the same and consequently direct the 4th respondent to approve the petitioners promotion as Headmistress at 5th respondent school and give all other service and monetary benefit.

The learned Special Government Pleader by getting instructions from the respondents made a submission that the order passed by this Court has been complied with in proceedings dated 15.09.2021. Thus, no further adjudication is required and the contempt petition is closed. If at all any grievance exists in respect of the said order, it is for the petitioner to redress her remedy in the manner known to law.
