ORDER
The petitioner is owning the property in Karaisuthupudur, Thisayanvilai Taluk. The sixth respondent taking advantage of the absence of the petitioner, who was convicted by the Criminal Court and later, came out from prison after serving the sentence, the private respondents along with others colluded and created forged documents and now they are permitting the petitioner to enjoy his property. Hence, the petitioner lodged the complaint.
2.Further, the private respondents by using the name of a notorious rowdy element, are threatening the petitioner. The petitioner had also given all particulars about the vehicle, which was used to cause danger to the petitioner and his property. However, the respondent police is not taking any action. Hence, the petitioner has filed this petition. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 2/5
respondent police submitted that on the complaint of the petitioner CSR No.407 of 2024 was assigned and the petitioner was called for enquiry and the petitioner and the private respondents were served with notice to appear for enquiry on 31.05.2024. However, the petitioner as well as the private respondents have not appeared and the enquiry is pending. 4.In view of the above, the petitioner and the private respondents are directed to appear the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Valliyoor on 17.02.2025 for enquiry and the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Valliyoor is to conduct investigation and complete the same within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
