ORDER

The present petition is filed by the petitioner under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking for a direction to the second respondent to file a final report in Crime No.108 of 2017.

2.Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents, on instructions, would submit that the investigation in Crime No.108 of 2017 of Natham Police Station, Dindigul District is underway and prayed for three months time to file a final report. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.1241 of 2021 3.Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), the second respondent is directed to expedite the investigation and file a final report/referred charge sheet, as the case may be in Crime No.108 of 2017 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order/uploading of the order.

4.With the above observation, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
