The present petition is filed seeking for a direction to the third and fourth respondents to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner while surveying his property in S.No.132/5A, situate at Periyakattalai Village, Peraiyur Taluk, Madurai District.

2. Mr.S.Chandrasekar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4, on instructions, would contend that the petitioner has not paid necessary fee for surveying his land. He further contended that on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

WP(MD)No.1531 of 2021 payment of fee, adequate police protection would be given for surveying his land, if necessary.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is dismissed. No costs.
