ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition had been filed seeking direction against the Respondent Police not to interfere in the civil dispute, based on the Petitioner's complaint dated 26.12.2023.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel for the Petitioner sought a short adjournment.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions of the Respondents 1 and 2 would submit that till date the Respondent Police had not received any complaint with regard to the petition seeking protection not to interfere with the civil dispute.
4. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
