ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as A1 in Crime No.246 of 2014 on the file of the respondent police, was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 16.07.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 449, 302, 506(ii) and 149 of I.P.C., and hence, seeks bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that on 20.10.2014, due to previous enmity, the accused came in two wheelers and also in an Innova car with deadly weapons and attacked the deceased and caused his death.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submitted that the co-accused/A2 was granted bail by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.10537 of 2015 and the petitioner's sister viz., Anitha filed Crl.O.P.(MD).No.13494 of 2015 for transfer of investigation and the same was allowed by this Court on 21.07.2015.
4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the petitioner is having 5 previous cases and the major part of the investigation is over.

condition that the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Cheranmahadevi, Tirunelveli District and on further condition that the petitioner shall reside at Madurai and report before the Tallakulam Police Station daily twice ie., at 10.00 a.m., and 05.00 p.m., until further orders.
