Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Mandamus (i) directing the respondents to settle the petitioner s retirement benefits including Leave Salary, Gratuity, the commuted value pension , post retirement benefits,scheme arrears, social security scheme arrears and all other attendant retirement benefits etc., with interest at the rate of not less than 12% per annum payable from the date of retirement and (ii) further directing the respondent to pay interest at the rate of 12% per annum for the belated settlement of retirement benefits such as provident fund etc., to the petitioner payable from the date of retirement i.e. 31.03 .2014 to till the date of actual payment to the petitioner within the time that may be stipulated by this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

O R D E R

The Petitioners, who are the Respondents in the main Writ Petition, have come up with this Review Petition, seeking to review the order dated 23.07.2015 passed by this Court in W.P.No.20751 of 2014, in respect of grant of refund of amount recovered from the Respondent herein.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the Review Petitioners herein and the notice to the respondent is dispensed with, as no adverse order is going to be passed in this petition.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.D.Sivaraman, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Review Petitioners submitted that after filing of the Review Petition, the amount recovered from the Respondents herein towards un-implemented punishment of increment cut, has already been refunded to him and in support of his submission, he has produced the proceedings of the Assistant Manager (Personnel), TNSTC, Trichy Region dated 17.10.2019, showing the details of refund effected to the Respondent herein.

4. In view of the same, nothing survives for reviewing the earlier of this Court dated 23.07.2015. Accordingly, the Review Petition is closed. No costs.
