This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the second respondent to register a case on the complaint of the petitioner dated 22.7.2015 and further direct him to investigate the matter in accordance with law.

2.Learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) on instructions submitted that petition enquiry is pending upon the complaint received from the petitioner.

3.The second respondent is directed to complete the enquiry on the complaint of the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
