ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of the Petitioner and the Respondents not appearing in person or by an Advocate the Court made the following order:- This Miscellaneous application is taken out by the appellant seeking direction to keep one post of typist vacant. We do not find any justifiable reason to keep any such post vacant and in case the Writ Petitioner succeeds in the appeal, the respondent Board can always be directed to make the post of Typist available to the Writ Petitioner.
