This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 3rd respondent not to harass the petitioners and their family members under the guise of enquiry.

2.Heard Mr.P.T.Ramesh Raja, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and Mr.Prabu Ramachandran, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner's elder son got married on 12.06.2015 with one Nesamahiba and now, the said Jony is at abroad. He further submitted that due to wordy quarrel, the said Nesamahiba left the matrimonial home and now she is staying with her parents. She gave a false complaint against the petitioners and their son and based on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the said complaint the third respondent is harassing the petitioner. He further submitted that the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in the case of Rajesh Sharma & ors. -Vs- State of Uttar Pradesh & Another has formulated certain guidelines, with regard to the matrimonial disputes, but, without following the said guidelines, the third respondent is harassing the petitioners.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has submitted that the petitioners' daughter-in-law namely Nesamahiba gave a complaint on 02.05.2016, against her husband Jony and the second petitioner herein as they are demanding dowry. After receipt of the said complaint enquiry has been conducted and the same was closed on 09.05.2016. He further submitted that the petitioners were not harassed by the third respondent.

5.Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
