This petition is filed to transfer the investigation in Crime NO.84 of 2014 on the file of the first respondent police. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the investigation has been conducted by the first respondent and the same was closed on 15.12.2016. A closure report has also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Paramakudi. 3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
