ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as A2 in Crime No.01 of 2011 on the file of the respondent police, was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 14.07.2015 in pursuance of non bailable warrant issued in S.C.No.26 of 2012 by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Trichy for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 420 and 406 of I.P.C., r/w 476 of Chit Fund Act, and hence, seeks bail. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was regularly appearing before the Judicial Magistrate Court and due to his illness, he did not appear before the Court on 13.03.2015 and hence, non bailable warrant was issued against him. He further submitted that the petitioner undertakes to appear before the trial Court for all future hearing dates, without fail. 3.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the State.

4.However, considering the undertakes given by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Trichy, Trichy District and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court for all hearing dates, without fail. sd/- 03/08/2015 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
