This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP(MD)No.3552 of 2023 in Crl.M.P.(MD) No.16409 of 2022 in Crl.A.(MD) No.883 of 2022, dated 13.03.2023.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition till today, without fail.

3. The above submission is admitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police.

4. Since the petitioner is complying with the conditions without fail and also there are no adverse remarks as against the petitioner, the condition is relaxed in toto. 5.The petition is ordered accordingly.
