This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Lalgudi to dispose of the P.R.C.No.1 of 2016 within a stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

2. Today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the case arises for an offence under Section 302 of I.P.C. Now, after committal the Sessions Court has taken the case on file in S.C.No.44 of 2019 and posted the same for trial on 08.07.2019.

3.Considering the fact that already the date is fixed for trial, the learned Principal District Judge, P.C.R. Court, Trichy is directed to proceed with the trial in S.C.No.44 of 2019 and complete the same within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. With the above direction, the criminal original petition is disposed of.
