Prayer: This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Karur to early disposal of C.C.No.453 of 2018 within time framed fixed by this Court.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Karur to early disposal of C.C.No.453 of 2018 within time framed fixed by this Court.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the case in C.C.No.453 of 2018 has been posted for examination of witnesses on 06.02.2020 and summons have been issued to L.W.1 to L.W.13. He would also submit that there are totally 15 witnesses and 8 accused in this case. He would further submit that the respondent is ready to produce the witnesses for speedy trial.

3. In view of the same, a direction is issued to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Karur, to complete the trial in C.C.No.453 of 2018 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four months from 06.02.2020 and render judgment.
