Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2.It appears that the respondents have passed the confiscation order in the meanwhile. The learned Additional Government Pleader is directed to serve the copy of the confiscation order on the petitioner's counsel, so that, the petitioner can challenge the same in the manner known to law.
3.With this liberty to the petitioner, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
