..Respondents PRAYER: This petition is preferred under Section 482 Cr.P.C to direct the direct the respondent No.2 to register a case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 6.7.2015 and complete the investigation and file charge sheet before the jurisdictional magistrate within the stipulated time by this Court and pass such further or other orders as this Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C seeking a direction to the respondent No.2 to register a case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 6.7.2015 and complete the investigation and file charge sheet before the jurisdictional magistrate within the stipulated time by this Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the State.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has sent complaint only through post.

4. The petitioner is directed to appear before the second respondent police on 11.08.2015 along with the copy of the complaint. Thereafter, the second respondent police is directed to conduct an enquiry on the said complaint and complete the enquiry within a period of four weeks.
