ORDER

This criminal original petition is filed to quash the proceedings in FIR No.02 of 2020 on the file of the respondent Police.

2.When this petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that they have not prosecuted the complaint before the criminal Court and they have referred the matter to the Tribunal for Disciplinary Proceedings. He has also produced the copy of the RCS No.3 of 2025, dated 09.01.2025. 3.Since the respondent police are not prosecuting the petitioner before the Criminal Court and the matter is referred to the Tribunal, this petition is closed with liberty to the

petitioner to work out his remedy before the Tribunal concerned. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
