O R D E R

The petitioner/wife seeks transfer of H.M.O.P.No.61 of 2019, on the file of the Subordinate Court, Tirunelveli to the Family Court, Nagercoil.

2. Transfer is sought for mainly on the ground of convenience of the wife.

3.Mr.M.Sankar, learned counsel who appeared for the respondent would submit that if the matter is transferred to Family Court, Nagercoil, he will be forced to travel from Tirunelveli to Nagercoil for each and every hearing. The learned counsel would further submit that if H.M.O.P.No.61 of 2019 is transferred to Subordinate Court, Nagercoil, it will be convenient to both the parties and inconvenience caused to the husband would be greatly reduced, as the presence of the parties for every hearing is not required before the Subordinate Court.

4.Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the respondent, H.M.O.P.No.61 of 2019, on the file of the Subordinate Court, Tirunelveli is withdrawn and transferred to the file of Subordinate Court, Nagercoil to be disposed of in accordance with https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Tr.C.M.P(MD)No.52 of 2020 law. The Subordinate Court, Tirunelveli is directed to transmit the papers to the Subordinate Court, Nagercoil forthwith. Accordingly, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. However, there will be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions is closed.
