2.The petitioner filed W.P(MD)No.12487 of 2021 for issuing writ of mandamus to direct the authorities to remove the encroachments 2/5

committed by the private respondents pursuant to the Form - III notice issued by the authority. Contending that the order of this Court has not been complied with, this Contempt Petition came to be filed. 3.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate categorically submitted that action in terms of Form - III had already been taken. If the petitioner is still aggrieved by the same, it is open to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition on the same cause of action.

4.With the aforesaid liberty to the petitioner, this Contempt Petition is closed. Consequently, connected Sub Application is also closed.
