ORDER

The present petition is filed by the petitioner seeking for a direction to the second respondent to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner.

2.Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would submit that the representation submitted by the petitioner was registered in CSR.No.15 of 2021 and after enquiry, it was closed on 18.01.2021 on the ground that the matter in issue is purely civil in nature. His further contention is that a civil suit in A.S.No.91 of 2019 is also pending before the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Pudukkottai.
